Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") stipulate the conditions for using the services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by CrystalMark Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). All users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are required to agree to these Terms to use the Service.

Article 2 (Registration)

1. Those who wish to use the Service must apply for registration by following the procedures specified by the Company and agreeing to these Terms.
2. The Company may refuse registration if the applicant falls under any of the following:
   • The applicant has been subjected to service suspension or other penalties for violating these Terms in the past.
   • The Company otherwise deems the registration inappropriate.

Article 3 (Use by Persons Under 16)

The Service is not available to persons under the age of 16. However, usage is permitted if parental consent is obtained.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal behavior
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
• Acts that infringe on the rights of other users or third parties
• Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to the Users in the following cases:

• When performing maintenance or updates of the system
• When the provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure
• When the Company deems the provision of the Service difficult for other reasons

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Company does not guarantee that the Service is free from defects, either factual or legal (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, etc.). The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused to the Users.

Article 7 (Amendments to the Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms if deemed necessary. The amended Terms shall become effective once posted on the Service.
